Bolted steel shelving is a heavy-duty storage shelving system for warehouses, stockrooms, garages and industrial spaces. Choose galvanised for a rust-resistant zinc finish, or powder coated in one of six standard colours. Bays come in 5, 6 or 7 shelf levels, two heights and four depths.

Bays join side by side, so you can run shelving the full length of a wall or aisle. Shelf levels adjust on the bolted frame, so you can change the spacing as your stock changes.

What finishes are available?
Two. Galvanised steel carries a zinc coating that resists rust, which suits damp, cold or wash-down areas. Powder coated steel is finished in a durable baked colour and is the usual choice for showrooms, workshops and offices. Standard powder coat colours are Appliance White, Chrysler Blue, Hospital Grey, Orange, Sahara and Black.

Assembly is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools (not supplied). All bolts, nuts and fittings are included, making it simple for one or two people to set up.
Is the shelving safe to use once fully loaded?
Yes. The steel frame is designed for strength and durability. When assembled correctly on a level surface, the shelving provides safe and stable storage for household, office or light industrial use.
What is the total load capacity of this shelving unit?
Each shelving bay can handle a total load capacity of approximately 100–150 kg, depending on weight distribution across the shelves.
Are the shelves adjustable?
Yes. The bolted system allows you to adjust the height of each shelf, giving you flexibility to store items of different sizes.
